Shed City offer simple and convenient ways to order products for collection at a convenient time to you.
Choose your item, add to your shopping cart then select click & collect. Alternatively visit us at Shed City view displays then place your order with one of our friendly staff so your item will be prepared and available to collect at a later date. These are easy alternative options to paying for delivery or if you want the item available when it suits you.
You can choose Click & Collect or Pre-Order to Collect for products that are in-stock or for items that are custom made to order. The later items will require processing and Shed City will contact you when they are available so you can arrange a convenient time to visit to collect or at that time you may elect to have the item delivered (at extra cost).
To collect the item purchases please present your invoice (if online order you will receive this via email or instore you will receive a paper invoice) along with identification such as your drivers licence.
How to place an Order for click & collect
- Navigate to the product you wish to purchase.
- Add the product to your shopping cart.
- Click on the 'Cart' / ‘Bag’ icon in the top right of the menu bar.
- Click on 'Checkout' to visit the Shopping Cart.
- In the Shopping Cart, choose 'Click & Collect' from the delivery methods.
- Proceed to Checkout
- Please now complete the remaining checkout steps to finalise your purchase.
- The item or items will be prepared and you will be notified when they are ready for collection.If the store has stock, 'Ready for collection' will be displayed in green below the product.
Collection Details
- Click & Collect items will be processed and you will be notified when collection is available during store trading hours.
- Please present your invoice at time of collection
- Please arrive with valid identification such as your drivers license
